HOW MUCH DOES A TCBY FRANCHISE COST?

Start-up costs vary widely, and depend on the market and location of your store.  These guidelines will give you some indication of what you should plan to invest to get a TCBY store open and operating.

2. WHAT DOES THE ESTIMATED INITIAL INVESTMENT COVER?

The Estimated initial investment covers all of the initial costs associated with the franchise, with the exception of lease or real estate costs. This investment does include estimates for store design and construction, signage, equipment, and initial product. Please refer to item 7 in the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular* for a complete list of costs associated with franchise ownership.

3. HOW MUCH CAN I MAKE?

The amount of profit a franchisee can make varies depending on several factors, including your motivation and willingness to invest time and effort. To best answer this question, please refer to the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular* for the earnings claim information in item 19.

4. DOES MRS. FIELDS FAMOUS BRANDS OFFER FINANCING?

Mrs. Fields Famous Brands does not offer in-house financing. We encourage you to find a lender that best suits your needs.

5. WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A LOCATION?

After completing the pre-qualification process, your Franchise Development Manager will assist you in finding and securing a location. To ensure that each location meets our site criteria specifications, each franchise location is reviewed by your Development Manager and by a real estate executive committee for approval.

6. HOW DO I GET STARTED?

The first step to becoming a Mrs. Fields Famous Brands franchisee is to complete our franchise application. Once you have completed and returned the application and pre-qualification materials, you’ll be on your way to becoming the next member of the Mrs. Fields Famous Brands family!

7. IS A TCBY FRANCHISE RIGHT FOR ME?

Only you can answer that question. Franchise ownership requires a great deal of commitment time and energy to make your business successful. It also requires a willingness to follow the model and guidelines that TCBY and Mrs. Fields Famous Brands have established through more than 30 years of experience. We provide you with the tools and resources you need, but your overall success really depends on your own willingness, ambition, and dedication. As with most things in life, you will get out of franchise ownership what you put into it.
