Your Franchise Investment with TCBY®
A franchise investment is a significant business decision, and only you can determine if it’s right for you and your needs. Understanding the financial investment will be critical to making an informed and responsible decision. Our goal is to arm you with as much detail as possible so you can understand the full opportunity and responsibility of a TCBY® franchise investment.
Because of the costs associated with opening a store, prospective TCBY owners must be able to prove a minimum net worth of $200,000. This will ensure that owners can meet the financial costs of establishing a new store, and that the initial franchise investment can be anticipated and planned for. The itemized costs below will give you a good idea of how much capital is necessary to own a TCBY franchise:

As an additional consideration, most prospective TCBY franchise owners have enough savings to cover several months of living expenses while they are preparing to open their store.
Once you have completed your initial application and received the Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchise development manager will review with you in more detail all of the anticipated costs and expenditures that may be specific to your market area and the opportunity you are considering.
